- The small mountain village, Oguni on the boarder of Yamagata and Nigata in Tohoku, north east of Japan, stands a hydroelectric power station to plan and construct for coming the WWII time in 1939. Composed by exposing reinforced concrete and light steel truss gable structure might reflect on the work by Tachu Naito, who had experienced to design a series of structure including Tokyo Tower and else. Constructing the building prompted this area to develop to the industrial village, thus could tell us modern industrial heritage as regional history.
