Taro Amano, who worked for F.L.Wright before he became a Professor of Tokyo University of Fine Arts and Music, designed these 3 buildings in the greenery campus sites in Ueno. Social background was among the industrial development in the 1960’s, of lack consciousness for environmental and ecological sense, Amano laid out these buildings in according to physical and natural elements of surrounding area Ueno including the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum and Ueno Zoo.
