Concrete slab floor is stretched to make the outside terrace with steps, a steel roof is braid radially and creating a unique look like a porcupine. Facility systems such as air conditioning and lighting equipments are also built into the radial steel beams integrated.
The works shows imagination and creativities of Kiyonori Kikutake who had proposed metabolism.
