  • As a communication site in which it aimed at the wireless telecommunications business with foreign countries for corresponding to the modernization of Japan; It was the building in the first period in the country, and the communication business was borne with the Iwatsuki Reception place. It is not used now though it is the only existence building that had a similar function. Arches and curves were treated everywhere on surfaces of the RC walls were Expressionism feature that was a state-of-art at that time. It was applied to the building where an up-to-date technology of wireless telecommunications was treated by Teturou Yoshida , the engineer of the Ministry of Communication.
