- In Setagaya, in Tokyo, dwelling district, stands a large site built in 1937 as detached villa, by Tetsuro Yoshida, who designed other master piece of buildings like Tokyo and Osaka Central Post Office. It is one of three houses by him, is different with other houses in reinforced concrete. Except Japanese room on the second floor, all rooms are designed by modern taste of rationalism including Art-Deco style. Among existing modern houses, it is in quite high standard level of modern design, also realized technical aspects such steel sash, fitting cabinet and details so on.
